Metodologia d’ensenyament-aprenentatge en l’hoquei patins: La comunicació de l’entrenador

Abstract

Aquest treball de recerca planteja l’estudi de la conducta verbal i no verbal durant quatre partits d’un entrenador base d’hoquei sobre patins. L’objectiu principal de l’estudi és observar quines conductes predominen de forma verbal i no verbal en l’entrenador, i com les gestiona davant l’encert i l’error dels jugadors/es. Per aquest motiu s’ha creat un instrument d’observació de la conducta i s’han establert un seguit de categories observables. A partir de l’anàlisi de les dades obtingudes es podrà verificar amb tendències numèriques, quin tipus de comunicació verbal i no verbal predomina i quines estratègies utilitza davant l’encert i l’error dels participants. El reforç positiu serà l’element més treballat davant l’encert, i els crits i les lamentacions ho seran davant l’error. El feedback serà l’element analitzat més sorprenent.

This research seeks to study the verbal and non-verbal behavior during four roller hockey matches from the coach view. The main goal of the work is to identify the predominant behaviors in the verbal and non-verbal mode of the coach, and the way the coach manages the success or failure of the players. From the analysis of the data we will be able to verify the numerical trends, which kind of verbal and non-verbal communication dominates and which strategies are used in the success or failure of the participants. The positive reinforcement is going to be the key element in front of the success, while the shouts and cries are going to be the answer in front of the failure. The feedback is going to be the most surprising element to study.
