Anàlisi de diverses experiències en orientació i integració laboral de persones amb trastorn de l'espectre autista

Abstract

El dret al treball constitueix un dels pilars fonamentals per a la vida de les persones i per a la societat en el seu conjunt. La integració en l’àmbit laboral suposa un procés de canvi en les persones, el qual influeix de diferent manera en cada persona. No obstant això, hi ha col·lectius que tenen certa dificultat afegida per a accedir a aquest món; un d’aquests és el de les persones amb discapacitat. El present treball és una recerca enfocada a la integració laboral d’un d’aquests col·lectius, el de les persones amb Trastorn de l’Espectre Autista. Tenint en compte que 1 de cada 100 persones té diagnosticat aquest trastorn, aquesta investigació té per finalitat saber quina normalització laboral té el col·lectiu de persones amb autisme, a partir de l’anàlisi de tres entrevistes a tres professionals de diferents institucions catalanes, els quals treballen en l’àmbit laboral i orientatiu de persones amb autisme.

The right to work constitute one of the basic pillars for the people life and for the whole society. The integration in the work area suppose a change process for the people, which influences the differently in each person. However, there are groups that have some difficulty to access in this world; one of these is that people with disabilities. The present work is a search focused on the work integration of one of these groups, the people with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Considering that 1 in every 100 people is diagnosed with this disorder , this research aims to find which are the work normalization has the group of people with autism, with the analysis of three interviews with three professionals from different Catalan institutions, which works in the work area and orientation of people with autism.
