Anàlisi de la relació que s'estableix entre l'escola de Gironella i les famílies

Abstract

El present treball és un estudi de cas sobre la relació entre les famílies i l’escola. Aquests dos agents són els punts de referència de l’infant que l’acompanyaran en el seu desenvolupament i creixement personal, aquests cal que vagin agafats de la mà i treballin en una mateixa línia. Primerament, es farà una recerca de què diuen els autors més importants sobre com ha de ser aquesta relació, quines formes de participació tenen les famílies en el centre, què entenem per família i escola, així com les estratègies de comunicació existents. S’ha portat a terme a l’Escola de Gironella, un centre amb un alt percentatge de famílies d’origen immigrat per observar les relacions entre l’escola i les famílies. Per altra banda, per obtenir tota la informació per realitzar l’estudi les tècniques que s’utilitzaran són l’observació de les entrades i sortides dels infants a l’escola i entrevistes tant a les docents com a les famílies.

This paper is a case study about the relationship between families and the school. These two agents are the reference points which will accompany the child during their development and personal growth. These two need to go hand in hand and work together. First, research will be done on what the most important authors say about what this relationship should be like, what forms of participation do families have at the center, what is meant by family and school, as well as existing communication strategies. This has been carried out at the Primary School of Gironella, a center with a high percentage of families of immigrant origin, to observe the relationship between the school and the families. On the other hand, to obtain all the information to carry out the study, the techniques that will be used are the observation of the entrances and exits of the children from the school, as well as interviews with both the teachers and the families.
