El dinamisme dels projectes de participació comunitària. Estudi de cas: municipi del Tagamanent

Abstract

A través d’un procés de participació iniciat l’any 2014 al municipi del Tagamanent, el 2019 s’aprova el PAM (Pla d’Actuació Municipal), un document estratègic que defineix els objectius i les línies d’actuació a desenvolupar fins al 2023. Entre aquests punts plantejats, la següent recerca d’investigació se centra en les accions establertes per tal de continuar treballant i potenciant la participació i dinamització veïnal al Tagamanent. Donada la situació urbanística d’aïllament, distància i absència d’un espai comú en què viuen les veïnes del Tagamanent, des de la comunitat i l’Ajuntament, es genera la demanda i necessitat d’intervenir i transformar aquesta situació. Aquest treball mostra un dels projectes en concret, com és el desenvolupament de tallers, cursos i activitats per a totes les persones residents del Tagamanent. A través d’aquesta recerca, s’analitza i es reflexiona entorn del procés dels projectes de participació comunitària i a la seva influència pel que fa a la xarxa veïnal i a la cohesió social que s’estableixen. A més, aporta un aprenentatge sobre el concepte de pedagogia de l’espai.

Through a participatory process initiated in 2014 in Tagamanent village, in 2019 is approved the PAM (Municipal Action Plan), a strategic document defining the objectives and lines of action to be developed until 2023. Among these points raised, the following research focuses on actions established to continue working and enhancing the neighbourhood participation and dynamization in Tagamanent. Given the urbanistic situation of isolation, distance, and absence of a common space in which Tagamanent's neighbours live, demands, and the need to intervene and transform this situation are generated by the community and town hall. This work shows one of the specific projects, such as the development of workshops, courses, and activities for all the people living in Tagamanent. This research is analysed and reflects on the community participation projects and their influence as regards the neighbourhood network and the social cohesion established. In addition, it provides learning about the concept of pedagogy of space.
