Anàlisi de la prevenció davant l'assetjament escolar en una escola d'educació infantil i primària

Abstract

La meva recerca està centrada en l’anàlisi davant la prevenció de l’assetjament escolar en un centre educatiu públic de la ciutat de Vic. A partir d’aquest punt de partida s’ha elaborat el marc teòric on hi ha especificats, a partir d’autors experts, els conceptes bàsics relacionats amb dos grans temes: l’enfocament educatiu inclusiu i l’assetjament escolar. Després de la realització del marc teòric, s’ha realitzat el marc pràctic on hi ha l’anàlisi davant la prevenció de l’assetjament escolar de l’escola escollida. Per a fer l’anàlisi s’ha dissenyat una entrevista que està recolzada amb la informació que proporcionen l’Índex per a la inclusió i el Protocol d’Assetjament Escolar de la Generalitat de Catalunya. Així doncs, després de la lectura en profunditat dels dos documents, s’han creat les preguntes que posteriorment han estat analitzades. A partir de les entrevistes realitzades s’han analitzat els resultats que permetran elaborar les conclusions respecte als objectius plantejats. Per finalitzar, s’ha elaborat una proposta de pauta d’anàlisi que pot permetre als centres educatius autoanalitzar-se de manera ràpida i eficaç, respecte com actuen davant la prevenció de l’assetjament escolar i per tant que tinguin una visió orientativa de les accions que fan correctament i les que poden millorar.

My research is centered on an analysis of the bullying prevention in a public preschool and primary school of Vic city. From this starting point, the theoretical framework has been developed which specifies, based on expert authors, the basic concepts related to two major topics: the inclusive educational approach and school bullying. After carrying out the theoretical framework, the practical framework has been carried out where the analysis is in front of the prevention of school bullying of the chosen school. To carry out the analysis, an interview has been designed that is supported by the information provided by the Index for Inclusion and the School Bullying Protocol of the Generalitat de Catalunya. Thus, after reading the two documents, the questions that were subsequently analyzed were created. From the interviews carried out, the results have been analyzed that will allow the conclusions to be drawn to the objectives set. Finally, a proposal for an analysis guideline has been drawn up that can allow schools to self-analyze quickly and effectively how they act about the prevention of school bullying and therefore to have a guiding vision of the actions they do correctly and the ones they can improve.
