Intervenció Psicosocial dintre un context de Protecció Internacional

Abstract

L’objectiu principal del present treball ha consistit en elaborar el disseny d’un programa psicosocial en un centre d’acollida als refugiats, des d’una perspectiva de Teràpia Ocupacional. Com podrem veure, els refugiats han viscut situacions traumàtiques, tan en el seu país d’origen, com durant el trajecte i un cop arriben al país d’acollida. Això suposa tenir una gran capacitat d’adaptació i resiliència, ja que tots els seus rols, rutines i activitats significatives s’han vist alterades. La hipòtesi principal que pren l’estudi és que a través de la reactivació ocupacional, s’aconsegueixen millores en la qualitat de vida i benestar, ja que, de certa forma, s’ha comprovat que les ocupacions es relacionen amb la percepció de la salut. L’estudi ha pres de referència la Fundació Germà Tomàs Canet, de Manresa. Aquest, ha consistit en una investigació-acció, de manera permès la participació dels propis refugiats en ell, donant-los-hi veu, i treballant conjuntament per a la transformació social que es buscava.

The main objective of this paper has been to develop the design of a psychosocial program at a refugee reception center, from an Occupational Therapy perspective. As we can see, refugees have experienced traumatic situations, both in their country of origin, as well as during the journey and once they arrive in the host country. This means that they have to had a great capacity for adaptation and resilience, since all its roles, routines and significant activities have been altered. The main hypothesis that takes the study is that through the occupational reactivation, improvements in the quality of life and well-being are obtained, because, in a way, it has been verified, the occupations are related to the perception of the health. The study has taken a reference from the Germà Tomàs Canet Foundation in Manresa. This, has consisted of an investigation-action, allowing the participation of the refugees themselves in it, giving them voice, and working together for the social transformation that was sought.
