Implementació dels plàstics reciclats a l'empresa Elausa

Abstract

Aquesta memòria és el resultat d’un projecte realitzat de forma comuna, entre l’empresa d’Automoció Elausa Electronics i l’estudiant del grau en enginyeria de l’automoció, Ferran Aymerich amb la finalitat de realitzar el treball de final del grau. En aquesta memòria s’exposen dins del marc teòric, anàlisis sobre els materials reciclats en general i a la industria automobilística i dins del marc pràctic s'ha aplicat per una implementació de l’ús dels plàstics reciclats. En el marc teòric s’ha realitzat un anàlisis general sobre el sector de materials reciclats i els tipus de reciclatge que s’apliquen actualment. Aquest anàlisis s’ha anat detallant per el sector que ens influeix acabant l’anàlisi sobre l’ús del plàstic en el sector de l’automoció. A continuació, s’ha seguit analitzant quines són les normatives que actualment afecten a Elausa i la implementació de l’ús de plàstics reciclats, fent un repàs a les normatives del grup VW que apliquen sobre el tema en qüestió. Per finalitzar el marc teòric, s’ha dissenyat un pla d’accions que permet implementar l’ús de plàstics reciclats a qualsevol dels productes que actualment s’estan produint en sèrie a Elausa, i d’aquesta manera generar un estàndard d’actuacions que asseguri a Elausa una correcte actuació en qualsevol de les aplicacions que realitzi en el futur. En el marc pràctic s’ha aplicat el pla d’accions dissenyat anteriorment i d’aquesta manera poder confirmar i millorar si fes falta el procés d’implementació. Per tant, en aquest treball es pot veure des d’un primer estudi general sobre el materials reciclats fins a l’aplicació pràctica de l’ús de plàstic reciclat sobre un producte produït en sèrie actualment per Elausa. This project is the result of a project carried out by the automotive company Elausa Electronics and Ferran Aymerich, a student of the degree in automotive engineering, with the aim of carrying out the final degree project. This report presents the contents of the theoretical framework, analysis of recycled materials both in general and in the automotive industry and within the practical framework has been applied for an implementation of the use of recycled plastics. In the theoretical framework, we have carried out a general analysis of the recycled materials sector and the types of recycling that are currently being applied. This analysis was implemented from the most general aspects to the most concrete ones, ending into the specificity of the sector. Afterwards, the regulations that currently affect Elausa and the implementation of the use of recycled plastics were analysed, reviewing the regulations of the VW group that are applied on the subject in question. To conclude the practical framework, an action plan has been designed to implement the use of recycled plastics in any of the products that are currently being mass-produced at Elausa, thus generating a standard of actions that will ensure Elausa's correct performance in any of the applications that it will carry out in the future. In the practical framework, the plan of actions described above has been applied, so the implementation process can be confirmed and improved if necessary. Therefore, in this work we can see from a first general study on recycled materials to the practical application of the use of recycled plastic on a product currently mass-produced by Elausa.
