Processos d'ensenyament i aprenentatge a l'aula en el marc de la inclusió: Estudi d'un procés d'assessorament

Abstract

El present estudi pretén analitzar un procés d’assessorament sobre la millora de la incorporació de l’aprenentatge cooperatiu a les aules, i les decisions pertinents a nivell de centre. L’estudi segueix un paradigma interpretatiu, per tal de comprendre i descriure les accions dels agents educatius del centre, en base a una aproximació qualitativa. Es duu a terme un estudi de cas, considerant el centre educatiu com a únic objecte d’estudi, esdevenint l’objectiu per estudiar-lo en profunditat, per tal que serveixi d’il·lustració prototípica d’una determinada situació a millorar. L’estudi conclou que hi ha canvis de millora al centre, durant el procés d’assessorament. No obstant això, aquests canvis es mostren incomplets i intermitents, mantenint algunes situacions a millorar, per tan és necessari un seguit d’actuacions al respecte, per part del centre. The study aims to analyze a counseling process on the improvement of the incorporation of cooperative learning in classrooms, and the relevant decisions at center level. The study follows an interpretative paradigm, in order to understand and describe the actions of the center’s educational agents, based on a qualitative approach. A case study is carried out, considering the educational center as the only object of study, becoming the objective of deepening it, so that it serves as a prototypical illustration of a certain situation to be improved. The study concludes that there are changes for improvement in the center during the counseling process. However, these changes are incomplete and intermittent, leaving some situations to be improved, therefore, from the center it is necessary to take some actions in this regard.
