Les noves tecnologies i la importància en l'educació: visió de docents i de la intel·ligència artificial

Abstract

Aquest treball de final de grau pretén analitzar l’ús de les tecnologies de la informació i comunicació (TIC) dins les aules, enfocat en les experiències de 5 docents introduint també el xat GPT com a potencial docent. Els objectius principals d’aquesta investigació són analitzar l’evolució de les TIC i la influència en la societat actual, i identificar les motivacions i oportunitats que té el professorat amb relació al plantejament de les tasques en format digital, per tal d’analitzar quin ús i el perquè els realitzen. La metodologia i la intervenció del treball s’ha basat a dur a terme entrevistes a docents, intentant arribar al màxim de diferents tipus de participants. Tenint en compte si eren de grau mitjà, grau superior, educació primària, educació secundària i universitat, a més de tenir en compte l’edat dels docents. També s’han consultat diferents articles i entrevistes, extretes del portal web Google Schoolar. S’ha realitzat una entrevista a tots els docents, on les preguntes tenen l’objectiu de descriure les experiències, que els docents tenen amb relació a les TIC dins les seves classes, i quins avantatges i desavantatges hi troben. Els resultats generals de la investigació, mostren una falta de formació dels docents, en relació amb la introducció de continguts mitjançant les TIC dins les seves classes. La importància de fer una bona valoració prèvia d’oportunitats que hi té l’alumnat en fer tasques amb dispositius tecnologies, per tal de no afavorir a un augment de la bretxa digital. I finalment, observar les TIC com a possibles recursos i eines metodològiques, per afavorir el procés d’aprenentatge de l’alumnat. Però tenint en compte que l’única aparició de les TIC com a tal dins les sessions, no hi tindrà un efecte positiu per si soles, sinó que el pes realment important, en tot moment el té la figura del docent. This final thesis deals with the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the classroom, focusing on the experiences of 5 teachers and introducing the GPT as a "teacher". The main objectives of this research are to analyse the evolution of New Technologies and its influence today, and to identify the motivations and opportunities that teachers have in relation to the approach of tasks in digital format, in order to analyse how and why they use them. To carry out this research, different articles and interviews were consulted, taken from the Google Schoolar web portal. The methodology and intervention of the work was based on conducting interviews with teachers, trying to reach as many different types of participants as possible, considering whether they were at undergraduate, graduate, primary, secondary and university levels, as well as taking into account the age of the teachers. An interview was carried out with all the teachers, in which the questions were aimed at describing the teachers' experiences of New Technologies in their classes, and what advantages and disadvantages they found there. The general results of the research have been that a lack of training has been detected in the teachers, in relation to the introduction of contents using New Technologies in their classes, the importance of making a good prior assessment of the opportunities that students have in carrying out tasks with technological devices, so as not to encourage an increase in digital divide. And finally, to see New Technologies as possible resources and methodological aids to help the learning process of students, but bearing in mind that the only appearance of New Technologies as such in the sessions will not have a positive effect on its own, but that the real weight, always, lies with the figure of the teacher.
