Aules multigrau, una opció pedagògica

Abstract

L’anàlisi de l’agrupació de l’alumnat en aules multigrau per motius pedagògics i no estructurals és l’objectiu de l’estudi de cas realitzat a l’Escola Arrels de Maçanet de la Selva, on des de fa dos anys els infants d’educació infantil estan agrupats en grups multigrau per aquest motiu. La recerca s’ha basat en conèixer quins canvis provoca l’ensenyament multigrau en relació al procés d’ensenyament-aprenentatge, en l’organització de l’aula i en la formació i el treball del professorat. Després d’una recerca bibliogràfica per construir un marc teòric, s’ha realitzat un treball d’investigació centrat en l’escola. Totes les dades han estat recollides mitjançant dos instruments, l’entrevista i les graelles d’observació d’aula, i a través d’aquestes hem pogut aconseguir la informació necessària per fer una anàlisi acurada dels resultats i extreure’n conclusions.

The analysis of the grouping of pupils in multigrade classrooms for pedagogical reasons and non-structural is the aim of the case study made at the Escola Arrels in Maçanet de la Selva, where for the last two years children in pre-school education have been grouped in multigrade groups for this reason. The research was based on finding out about the changes that multigrade teaching brings about in relation to the teaching-learning process, classroom organization and teacher training and their work. After bibliographical research to build a theoretical framework, a research work focused on the school has been carried out. All the datums were collected using two instruments, the interview and the classroom observation tables, and through these we were able to obtain the necessary information to carry out an accurate analysis of the results and draw conclusions.
