Aproximació a la integració social de les persones sol·licitants d'asil i refugiades a Sabadell

Abstract

Hi ha persones en el món que marxen de forma obligada del seu país d’origen a les quals se les considera persones refugiades i han de ser acollides per un altre país que li haurà de proporcionar protecció internacional a partir de la sol·licitud d’asil. En els darrers anys, aquest fenomen està en augment i conseqüentment, el país d’acollida ha d’aprendre a gestionar-ho adequadament tenint en compte el marc legal que les empara. Es troben en un país nou amb un entorn, cultura i idioma diferent i, sobretot, no estan marxant del seu país per voluntat pròpia. A més, poden patir exclusió social i trobar-se amb conflictes de convivència a causa de racisme i xenofòbia. Aquest treball vol apropar-se a aquesta problemàtica posant èmfasi en el procés d’acollida i d’integració que es porta a terme a la ciutat de Sabadell. Així com en la importància d’un acompanyament, amb la finalitat que aquestes persones s’integrin, potenciant la seva autonomia mitjançant un treball multidisciplinari i fent-les protagonistes del seu propi procés. A partir de la cerca de bibliografia s’exposen els aspectes més rellevants sobre la temàtica i gràcies a les entrevistes a les professionals, s’aprofundeix en l’objecte d’estudi apropant-nos a aquesta realitat.

There are people in the world who are forced to leave their country of origin. These people are considered refugees and must be accommodated in another country that give them international protection from the application for asylum. In recent years, the phenomenon of refugees has been increasing and, consequently, the host country must learn to manage it properly taking into account their legal framework. They are in a new country with a different environment, culture and language, and especially because they are not leaving their country on their own. In addition, they may suffer social exclusion and may encounter conflicts of coexistence due to racism and xenophobia. This work aims to approach this issue by emphasizing the process of reception and integration that takes place in the city of Sabadell. As well as the importance of accompanying them, so that these people can be integrated by enhancing their autonomy through a multidisciplinary work and making them the protagonists of their own process. From the search of bibliography, the most relevant aspects of the subject are exposed and thanks to the interview to the professionals, it is deepened in the object of study approaching this reality.
