Consum d'alcohol i estat d'ànim en joves

Abstract

El present estudi tracta sobre el consum d’alcohol en joves i com aquest afecta en l’estat d’ànim. S’ha escollit aquesta substància perquè és la més prevalent entre els adolescents i joves. Es vol conèixer la relació entre consum d’alcohol i estat d’ànim negatiu, i aspectes sobre la mostra relacionats amb el consum, les diferències de gènere i els estats d’ànim més comuns. La investigació s’ha realitzat a través d’un disseny descriptiu transversal a partir d’una enquesta, amb una mostra de 191 joves d’entre 16 i 22 anys. Com a instruments de recollida de dades s’han utilitzat els testos Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT) i l’inventari de depressió de Beck (BDI-II), i unes preguntes extretes de la Encuesta sobre uso de drogas en Enseñanzas Secundarias en España (ESTUDES). Els resultats mostren que en la població estudiada es pot establir relació entre el nombre de begudes alcohòliques consumides amb l’estat d’ànim.

This study deals with the consumption of alcohol in young people and how this affects their mood. This substance has been chosen because it is the most prevalent among adolescents and young people. We want to know the relationship between alcohol consumption and negative mood, and aspects about the sample related to consumption, gender differences and the most common moods. The research has been carried out through a descriptive cross-sectional study based on a survey, with a sample of 191 people between 16 and 22 years old. As data collection tools, we have used the Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT) and the Beck Depression Inventory (BDIII), and some questions extracted from the study Encuesta sobre uso de drogas en Enseñanzas Secundarias en España (ESTUDES). The results show that the studied population can establish a relationship between the number of alcoholic beverages consumed and their mood.
