La visió de la societat sobre el/la mestre/a de 2n cicle d'educació infantil

Abstract

En aquest treball es presenten els resultats del TFG sobre les concepcions que té la societat sobre les mestres d'Educació Infantil. Utilitzant una recerca interpretativa a partir d'enquestes i entrevistes, s'han analitzat els diferents motius, els quals poden influir en el prestigi social d'aquesta professió docent. D'aquesta manera també s'han fet visibles alguns dels estereotips que es fan avui dia a les mestres d'Educació Infantil. No obstant això, les mestres tenen un prestigi més elevat i se les valora més del que la societat creu.

In this research, the results of the project about which are the conceptions that society has about the Early Childhood Education teachers are presented. Using an interpretative research, which is based on surveys and interviews, the different motives have been analysed. Theese can influence the social prestige of this profession. This way, nowadays stereotypes of the teachers o Early Childhood Education have become visible. Nevertheless, femenine teachers have more prestige and are more socially accepted than men.
