Gestió per Competències en l’àmbit del Manteniment Predictiu

Abstract

El Manteniment Predictiu és una estratègia de manteniment basada en la mesura de l’estat o la condició de la màquina per a avaluar si fallarà en un temps i prendre així les mesures adequades per a evitar les conseqüències de la fallada. La Gestió per Competències en l’àmbit del Manteniment Predictiu ha sigut desenvolupada per a avaluar els coneixements i les habilitats del personal de manteniment. La fiabilitat en el diagnòstic per part dels tècnics i la correcta presa de decisions per part dels supervisors, enginyers i gerents és clau per aconseguir l’èxit de l’estratègia predictiva. En el projecte s’ha desenvolupat una metodologia que determina quin ha de ser el nivell competencial requerit i proporciona mètodes i instruments per conèixer el nivell competencial real del personal de Manteniment per a desenvolupar les funcions requerides. Donada l’extensa magnitud del treball la metodologia només s’ha desenvolupat en el perfil professional anomenat Tècnic d’Inspecció Predictiva. Els objectius han sigut identificar els nivells professionals necessaris que cobreixin el departament de Manteniment. Definir els perfils professionals a través de normes ISO i guies específiques. Obtenir les tasques, funcions, coneixements i habilitats de cada lloc de treball. Realitzar la descripció del Lloc de Treball. Elaborar un Diccionari per Competències específic de l’àmbit del Manteniment Predictiu. Determinar els possibles instruments de mesura de les competències per a conèixer el nivell competencial real del personal de manteniment. Es pot concloure que el desenvolupament de la metodologia per al perfil del Tècnic d’Inspecció Predictiva permet ja posar-lo en pràctica a través de l’entrevista per competències o altre mètodes exposats. Per a poder realitzar l’anàlisi de competències en els altres perfils professionals descrits s’haurà d’implementar la mateixa metodologia que per al perfil de Tècnic d’Inspecció Predictiva. Finalment el treball ha sigut revisat per un expert en l’àmbit del Manteniment Predictiu amb més de 27 anys d’experiència. S’ha obtingut un certificat de validació que garanteix la qualitat del projecte

In the project, a methodology has been developed that determines the level of competence required and provides methods and instruments to know the real level of Maintenance personnel in order to develop the required functions. Given the extensive magnitude of the work the methodology has only been developed in the professional profile called Predictive Inspection Technician. The objectives have been to identify the necessary professional levels that cover the Maintenance department. Define professional profiles through ISO standards and specific guides. Obtain the tasks, functions, knowledge and skills of each job. Make the description of the Workplace. Prepare a Dictionary for Specific Skills in the field of Predictive Maintenance. Determine the possible instruments of measurement of the competences to know the real level of the competent personnel of maintenance. It can be concluded that the development of the methodology for the profile of the Predictive Inspection Technician allows it to be put into practice through the interview for competencies or other methods exposed. In order to carry out the analysis of competences in the other described professional profiles, the same methodology must be implemented that for the profile of Predictive Inspection Technician. Finally the work has been reviewed by an expert in the field of Predictive Maintenance with more than 27 years of experience. A validation certificate has been obtained that guarantees the quality of the project.
