La mesura de l’Economia Social i Solidària des de l’àmbit del govern local. El cas de Manlleu i àrea d’influència

Abstract

Coneixem l’impacte de l’economia social i solidària en el nostre municipi? Això és el què es va preguntar l’Ajuntament de Manlleu amb la pretensió de donar suport a aquest tipus d’organització del sistema econòmic i, de retruc, també fou el que va provocar la realització d’aquest treball. Per conseqüent, els objectius principals són: (1) obtenir els coneixements clau per tal d’entendre aquest tipus d’economia i (2) a partir dels indicadors proposats per un equip d’investigadores de la UVic-UCC, es durà a terme la recerca de les dades necessàries per al càlcul dels mateixos, la qual cosa permetrà acostar-nos a la mesura i avaluació l’economia social i solidària a Manlleu. D’aquesta manera, l’Ajuntament de Manlleu podrà analitzar la viabilitat del seu projecte i definir de la millor manera com estimular l’ocupació i millorar el teixit de l’economia social de la zona.

We do know the impact of the application of social and solidary economy in a local government? This was the question asked by Manlleu’s council, to support this kind of organizations from the economic system and furthermore also gave birth to this project. As a result, the main aims are: obtain the key knowledges in order to understand this type of economy via indicators purposed by UVic-UCC investigators’ team, the research of the necessary information for can build the indicators that will measure and will evaluate the Manlleu’s social and solidary economy, comparing it with Osona and Catalunya. In this way, the City council of Manlleu will be able to analyze the feasibility of his project and define the best way like stimulating the employment and improve the fabric of the zone.
