Dins l’horari lectiu, quins són els aspectes a millorar durant el transcurs de les sessions en el medi aquàtic?

Abstract

L’objectiu d’aquest treball és explorar les relacions entre el monitor d’Educació Física i monitor d’activitats aquàtiques. Partint d’aquesta base, es pretén fer una investigació sobre el desenvolupament de les classes de natació que s’imparteixen durant l’horari lectiu. Aquesta recerca es portarà a terme a partir d’unes entrevistes, tant a monitors de natació com a mestres d’Educació Primària, especialitzats amb Educació Física. Analitzant les entrevistes realitzades es pot veure que no hi ha una connexió entre aquestes dues entitats i per aquest motiu, el procés d’ensenyament i aprenentatge de l’infant no s’adequa els cànons aplicats en el currículum. L’adaptació del currículum de Primària no s’hi reflecteix, ja sigui per la desconeixença per part dels monitors o perquè els propis mestres no tenen la capacitat suficient per poder gestionar els continguts a treballar durant el trimestre. A més a més, la poca implicació que tenen els mestres a l’hora de realitzar aquesta tasca, té a veure en el desenllaç de les sessions. Tot i aquest fet, els monitors tampoc fan saber al mestre què és el que es treballarà durant el transcurs de les 10 sessions en el medi aquàtic. La controvèrsia també sorgeix al moment d’avaluar, qui ho hauria de fer?

The aim of this paper is to explore the relationships between the physical education instructor and monitor of water activities. Starting from this base, the target is to make a research about the development of swimming lessons, which are taught during schools hours. This research will take place on the basis of interviews, both swimming instructors as teachers of primary education, specializing in Physical Education. By analysing the interviews you can see that there is a connection between these two entities, and for this reason, the process of teaching and learning of the child is not suitable the canons applied in the curriculum. The adaptation of the curriculum of primary does not reflect, either by ignorance on the part of the monitors or because teachers do not have a sufficient capacity to be able to manage the content to work during the quarter. In addition, the involvement of the teachers in time to perform this task, it has to do with the outcome of the sessions. Despite this fact, the monitors also do know the teacher what work will be done during the course of 10 sessions in the aquatic environment.
