Estudi sobre l’eficàcia de l’ús de la hidroteràpia durant el primer període de part

Abstract

Introducció Fa dècades que s’ha classificat el dolor de part com un dels més intensos. Els grans avanços han establert l’analgèsia epidural com el principal recurs utilitzat per alleugerir el dolor de part, no obstant, els canvis socioculturals dels últims anys han generat un canvi de visió en els professionals obstètrics i centres hospitalaris, fent-lo més personalitzat i humanitzat, fomentant la participació i presa de decisions de la mare i parella i descentralitzant l’ús de teràpies farmacològiques convencional per l’aplicació de teràpies no farmacològiques com la hidroteràpia. Objectiu general Avaluar l’eficàcia de l’ús de la hidroteràpia durant el 1r període de part respecte el control del dolor de la dona i els resultats. Metodologia: Assaig clínic controlat, prospectiu, d’àmbit hospitalari i amb assignació aleatòria en 2 grups. Les gestants primípares de baix risc del grup intervenció se’ls hi aplicarà la hidroteràpia durant el 1r període de part i les gestants del grup control ho faran de manera tradicional. Les variables de l’estudi seran avaluades per escales i tests quantitatius. Les limitacions de l’estudi son: evolució natural del part, abandonament del estudi i mala recollida de les dades. Justificació / aplicabilitat Després d’una revisió bibliogràfica a fons, es pot afirmar que actualment en gairebé tots els articles publicats s’evidencia la necessitat de seguir investigant i elaborant articles d’investigació . La hidroteràpia és un mètode no farmacològic útil, amb beneficis per a la mare i nadó i cap efecte perjudicial durant el 1r període de part. L’aplicació d’aquesta pot ser establerta en qualsevol hospital o llar. És un recurs econòmic, fàcil d’utilitzar i beneficiós.

Introduction For decades labor pain has been rated as one of the most intensive. The great advances have established the epidural as the main resource used to relieve the labor pain, however, socio-cultural changes of recent years have led to a change of vision in obstetric professionals and hospitals, making it more personalized and humanized, encouraging participation and mother and partner’s decisions and decentralizing the conventional pharmacotherapies for the implementation of nonpharmacological therapies such as hydrotherapy. Objective Evaluate the effectiveness of the use of hydrotherapy during the 1r period of labor about women’s pain control and results. Methods: Randomized controlled into two groups. The intervention group has hydrotherapy apply during the 1st period, and the control group will do the traditional way. The study’s variables will be evaluated with quantitative scales and tests. The limitations of the study are: natural childbirth’s evolution, poor data collection and leave the study. Justification / applicability After a thorough literature review, we can say that almost all articles published demonstrated the need to continue researching and developing research papers. Hydrotherapy during labor is a useful non-pharmacological method. It has benefits for mother and baby and no harmful effect during the 1st period of labor. The application of this practice can be established in any hospital or home. It is an economic, easy and beneficial resource.
