L’Educació emocional i afectiva com a eina per fomentar un bon clima d'aula i de relació a l'escola inclusiva

Abstract

L’educació emocional és una pràctica inclusiva dins l’escola que pretén ajudar a desenvolupar les competències emocionals. És un aprenentatge de vida que ajuda a conèixer les pròpies emocions i les dels altres, amb la intenció d’aconseguir regular-les per arribar a generar benestar. La investigació parteix de l’observació directa de diferents pràctiques educatives d’educació emocional en l’alumnat de primària. L’estudi fet a la Scuola-Città Pestalozzi té com a objectiu observar i conèixer de primera mà com es porta a terme l’educació socio-afectiva en una escola inclusiva. Les observacions recollides i analitzades fan possible afirmar que treballar l’educació emocional a l’aula afavoreix la convivència i el benestar del grup.

The emotional education is an inclusive practice in the school which expects helping to develop the emotional competences. It is a life learning that helps knowing the own emotions and other people ones in order to obtain a good regulation of them to get general well-being. The study starts from the direct observation of different educative practices in emotional education among pupils in the primary school. The study done at Scuola-Città Pestalozzi has as the main objective observing and knowing from first-hand information how the social and affective education is carried through in an inclusive school. The collected and analysed observations make possible affirming that working the emotional education in the classroom favours the cohabitation and the well-being in the group.
