Aquesta investigació té l’objectiu de determinar diferències en els factors psicològics que poden afectar el rendiment de taekwondistes experts i taekwondistes no experts. En conseqüència, es va avaluar a dues mostres de 8 taekwondistes (4 homes i 4 dones) per mostra, amb edats compreses entre els 15 y 27 anys. L’estudi es va realitzar mitjançant el qüestionari CPRD (Características Psicológicas del Rendimiento Deportivo) Gimeno, Buceta i Pérez (2001), que mesura les variables Control de l’Estrès, la Influencia de l’Avaluació del Rendiment (negativa o positiva), la Motivació, l’Habilitat Mental (habilitats que afavoreixen el seu rendiment) i la Cohesió d’Equip. Finalment, tot i que els resultats van no van mostrar diferències significatives pel que fa a la relació establerta entre les mostres de taekwondistes experts i no experts, en algunes de les variables si que van permetre detectar diferències entre subjectes.^^^^

This research aims to determine differences in the psychological factors that can affect performance experts taekwondo athletes and non-experts taekwondo athletes. Consequently, we evaluated two samples of 8 taekwondo athletes (4 men and 4 women) per sample, aged between 15 and 27 years. The study was conducted using the CPRD questionnaire (Psychological Characteristics of Sport Performance) Gimeno, Buceta and Perez (2001), which measures the stress control variables, the Influence of Performance Evaluation (positive or negative), Motivation, Mental Ability (skills that favor their performance) and Team Cohesion. Finally, although the results showed no significant differences with regard to the relationship between samples taekwondo experts and non-experts, some of the variables allowed to detect differences between subjects.^^^^
