Percepció de la reconstrucció mamària en les dones intervingudes de mastectomia. El rol d‘infermeria. Revisió bibliogràfica

Abstract

Introducció: El càncer de mama és un problema sociosanitari de primer ordre a Espanya. Aquesta malaltia comporta diverses complicacions que es presenten de manera nova en la vida dels que ho pateixen. Objectius: Mostrar l’evidència sobre els motius pels quals algunes dones mastectomitzades no decideixen sotmetre’s a una reconstrucció mamària. Conèixer el rol d’infermeria en el suport a dones mastectomitzades que pensen a realitzar-se una reconstrucció mamària. Metodologia: Es realitza una cerca bibliogràfica des de l’Octubre del 2015 fins el Març del 2016 en les bases de dades Dialnet, Pubmed, Scopus, Cuiden. Limitant la cerca entre 2000 i 2016. Resultats: La mastectomia afecta en els aspectes biològics, psicològics, socials i culturals de les dones. Aquests aspectes intervenen a l’hora de decidir realitzar una reconstrucció mamària, la qual millora l’autoestima, el benestar psicològic i ajuda a oblidar l’experiència de la malaltia. Conclusions: S’ha pogut observar una manca d’informació entre les dones mastectomitzades. Hi ha barreres per accedir a la reconstrucció com poden ser l’edat avançada, estadi del càncer avançat o tenir un baix estatus econòmic. Només s’ha trobat dos articles que parlin del paper d’infermeria en la reconstrucció mamària.

Introduction: The breast cancer is a problem sociosanitari of first order in Spain. This illness comports several complications that present of new way in the life of those that suffer it. Objective: Show the evidence on the reasons for which some women with mastectomies do not decide to subject to a breast reconstruction. Know the rol of nursing in the support to women with mastectomies that think to realise a breast reconstruction. Methodology: it realises a bibliographic search since the October of the 2015 until the March of the 2016 in the databases Dialnet, Pubmed, Scopus, Cuiden. Limiting the search between 2000 and 2016. Results: The mastectomy affects in the biological aspects, psychological, social and cultural of the women. These aspects take part at the time of deciding realise a breast reconstruction, which improves the self-esteem, the psychological welfare and help to forget the experience of the illness. Conclusions: it has been able to observe a lack of information between the women with mastectomies. There are barriers to access to the breast reconstruction how can be the age advanced, stadium of the cancer advanced or have a low economic status. Only it has found two articles that speak of the paper of nursing in the breast reconstruction.
