Situacions de risc i vulnerabilitat social a la infància. La importància de la figura de l’educador/a social i el treball en xarxa.

Abstract

L’objectiu d’aquest treball és conèixer el treball de detecció, prevenció i acompanyament de les situacions d’infància en risc dins d’un context concret, fent referència a les desigualtats socials i al treball en xarxa entre els diferents agents socioeducatius. També justificar el paper de l’educador i educadora social com a perfil professional que es necessita més que mai en el context històric, polític i social que estem vivint actualment. L’estudi s’ha realitzat en un centre escolar d’Educació Infantil i Primària del municipi de Santa Maria de Palautordera. Anteriorment a l’estudi, dins el treball, es pot observar un marc teòric sobre la conceptualització de risc social, les desigualtats i polítiques socials, així com també les intervencions dels diferents agents socioeducatius i la forma d’intervenir. Per tal de realitzar aquesta investigació s’han fet diverses entrevistes i observacions. Els resultats obtinguts un cop realitzat l’anàlisi de la informació recollida, han ajudat a poder elaborar propostes de millora i reflexió al voltant de l’objecte d’estudi.

The aim of this Project is to know about the detection, prevention and the follow up of those children at risk within a specific context, referring to the social inequalities and the different socio-educational agents networking together. We also want to justify the educator’s role as the professional profile most needed within the historical, political and social context we are experiencing nowadays. The study has been carried out at the Pre-school Centre & Primary School located in the town of Santa Maria de Palautordera. The project includes, prior to the study carried out, a theoretical framework regarding the social risk conceptualization, the inequalities and social policies as well as the intervention of socio-educational instructors and their performance. In order to accomplish this research, we have observed and conducted interviews. The results we obtained, after carrying out an analysis of the collected information, made us think deeply about this matter, and therefore have also helped in elaborating new proposals of improvement in order to make the existing ones better.
