ESSMI3D (Empresa Social per la Salut Mental mitjançant la Impressió 3D)

Abstract

L'empresa ESSMI3D realitza diferents productes de suport i ortesis, fent inclusió de persones que pateixen problemes de salut mental i mitjançant la Impressió 3D. ESSMI3D es dirigeix a una tipologia de client que conviu amb diferents patologies, com l'Esclerosi Múltiple, l’Atrossis i l’Asma, entre d’altres, que representen un 12,5% de la població espanyola. Però aquest mercat també s'obre a tota persona que li puguin ser d’utilitat els productes de suport i/o les ortesis. La intenció de l’empresa social és créixer esglaonadament, comercialment i amb la finalitat de proveir a més territoris. És per això que la compra/venda dels productes es realitzarà per diferents canals, ja que d'aquesta manera hi ha més possibilitats de créixer comercialment. Els preus dels productes estan marcats tenint en compte la competència i la innovació d’aquests. Estan estipulats i estudiats pels resultats que ofereixen, per les seves utilitats i per les seves innovacions. És una empresa innovadora, on hi intervenen diferents factors per tal de reduir l’atur/desocupació en persones amb problemes de salut mental, crear productes necessaris per la societat i incloure una nova tecnologia com la Impressora 3D (per tal de reduir costos i fer més accessible els productes ortopèdics als ciutadans). Aquest pla d'empresa està format per taules, estadístiques i imatges que faciliten la informació i comprensió del projecte. Conclusions: ESSMI3D és un negoci guanyador perquè abasta tota la població espanyola, provoca una inclusió socio-laboral necessària de persones, no té competències que utilitzin la impressió3D, redueix l’exclusió/marginació i té un gran poder de capacitació i empoderament.

The ESSMI3D enterprise manufactures a wide range of support and orthesis products, taking in consideration the inclusion of those people affected by mental illnesses and by using a 3D printer. ESSMI3D is aimed at a certain kind of people suffering from multiple pathologies, such as Multiple Sclerosis, Arthrosis and Asthma, among others, representing a 12.5% of the Spanish population. Nonetheless, this market is also meant to everyone who might be interested in support and orthesis products. The aim of the social enterprise is to grow up gradually, comercially and with the object of spreading into more territories. That is the reason why the trading of these products will be effectuated via many channels, since thus the possibility of growing up increases. The prices of the products are stablished depending on their competence and innovation. They are fixed and surveyed according to the results they offer, their usefulness and their innovation. It is an innovative enterprise, where different factors take part in order to reduce unemployment of people suffering from mental illnesses, create necesary products for society and include a new technology devise such as the 3D printer (it reduces costs and makes the orthopaedic products more accessible to peolpe). This business plan in composed by tables, graphics and images in order to make the project’s information and comprehension easier. Conclusions: ESSMI3D is a safe bet because it reaches the whole Spanish population, it implies a necessary social and occupational inclusion of people, it does not have competitors in this field since no one else uses a 3D printer, it reduces the exclusion and it has a great power of empowerment.
