Evolució de la construcció del coneixement científic a l'educació primària

Abstract

Aquest és un treball d'investigació sobre la construcció del coneixement científic, concretament del concepte de densitat a través de la flotabilitat. La investigació es basa en la teoria escrita i les idees prèvies dels alumnes d'una escola primària sobre aquest concepte. Aquest alumnes són una mostra representativa, 10 alumnes de 2n, 4t i 6è respectivament, per intentar reflectir les idees que tenen els alumnes al llarg de l'etapa de educació primària. Per a dur a terme aquesta investigació els alumnes han respost a dos qüestionaris on havien de predir el comportament de diferents materials dins l'aigua. També es van portar a terme unes activitats manipulatives sobre flotabilitat per poder recollir més dades. Finalment hi ha els resultats i comentaris que n'extrec sobre la teoria i les dades recollides.

This paper is a research work about the construction of scientific knowledge, specifically about the concept of density through buoyancy. This research is based on the written theory and the previous ideas that the students of a primary school can have about this concept. These students are a representative sample (10 students of 2nd, 4th and 6th course, respectively) with which I will try to reflect the ideas that these students can have throughout the primary education phase. To carry out this research, the students have answered two questionnaires, where they had to predict the behavior of different materials in the water. In order to have more information, I carried out some manipulative activities about the buoyancy. Finally, I show the results and comments extracted from the theory and the information collected.
